What Homeschool Momentum is
Homeschool Momentum sells parent education and planning materials: downloadable workbooks, templates, checklists, scripts, and planning tools, plus membership access to a growing library of these materials. It is operated by Special Ed Resource.
What it is not
Our materials are parent education and planning support only. They are not legal advice, medical or clinical advice, therapy, diagnosis, school-district representation, ESA or funding eligibility determinations, or reimbursement guarantees. Always verify homeschool law, enrollment steps, and funding rules with the official source for your state or program, and consult qualified professionals for legal, medical, or clinical decisions.
Purchases and billing
- One-time products (such as the Starter Pack) are charged once at checkout.
- Memberships are recurring subscriptions. By subscribing you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method at the listed price on each renewal, at the billing interval shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel from the billing management link in your receipt emails, or by contacting Support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Prices may change for new billing periods; we will notify active subscribers by email before any price change affects them.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Your license to the materials
When you purchase, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the materials for your own family. You may share a completed worksheet with your child's tutors, providers, or co-parent. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or use the materials to build a competing product or service.
Accounts and access
Download links we send you are for your use only. We may revoke access for chargeback abuse, redistribution, or other misuse of the materials or delivery systems.
Disclaimers and limits
Materials are provided "as is." We work hard to keep them accurate and useful, but homeschool rules and funding programs change and vary by state — the official source always controls. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If we have a dispute, contact Support first — we resolve almost everything informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction.
