Before you write — quick fixes

  • Download email didn't arrive? Check spam/promotions first. Delivery emails usually arrive within a few minutes of purchase.
  • Download link expired? Links expire after 7 days for security. Reply to any of our emails or contact support and we'll send fresh links.
  • Manage or cancel a membership? Use the billing management link in any receipt email, or just ask us and we'll handle it.

What to include

The email address you purchased with and a sentence about what happened. Screenshots help but aren't required. Please don't send your child's records or personal details — we never need them for support.
