Who we are
Homeschool Momentum is a parent planning library operated by Special Ed Resource ("we," "us"). This policy covers homeschoolmomentum.com and our checkout, email, and download delivery for Homeschool Momentum products.
What we collect
- Contact information you give us: your name, email address, and (if you provide it) phone number, when you buy a product, download a free resource, or contact support.
- Purchase information: what you bought, when, and your payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Email engagement: whether our emails were delivered and opened, so we can fix delivery problems.
- Basic site analytics: aggregate page-view information to understand what content helps families.
What we deliberately do not collect
Our products are for parents. We do not ask for, and our tools do not require submitting to us, your child's name, diagnosis, evaluations, IEP/504 documents, or any other information about your child. Worksheets you download are yours — what you write on them stays with you.
How we use your information
- To deliver the products you purchased, including download links.
- To send receipts, account notices, and support replies.
- To send helpful parent education emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time via the link in every email.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe — payment processing and billing management.
- Our CRM/email platform — contact records and email delivery.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and secure file delivery.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time, request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (we may retain purchase records required for tax and accounting). Contact us at Support and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for meaningful changes, notify customers by email.
