Simple guarantee: your first Homeschool Momentum purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

One-time products (Starter Pack)

If the Starter Pack is not a fit for your family, email Support within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve the tools.

Memberships

  • 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment: if a membership is not a fit, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
  • Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds are owed for time you chose not to use.
  • Renewal payments are not refundable — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. If a renewal goes through when you had meant to cancel, contact us promptly and we will make it right. Billing errors are always corrected, and nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email Support from the email address you purchased with, and include the word "refund" and roughly when you purchased. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
